About us
Revolu is a modern-day taqueria and bar. The name Revolu is an abbreviated name for a popular street in Tijuana Mexico, Av. Revolucion. Growing up in San Diego and being raised by Jeremiah’s maternal grandparents, a lot of time was spent eating street food along the colorful street of Revolucion. The sights, sounds, smells, and all delicious flavors are the inspiration for Revolu.

While recreating memories of days past, the goal is to acquaint the local neighborhoods of Peoria, Arizona with this unusual concept.

Revolu is a modern day interpretation of the ‘street’ food and drinks that were a part of Jeremiah’s upbringing. Our mission is to utilize local businesses for fresh produce, meats/cheeses and grocery.

The drink menu has been created to compliment the eclectic food menu, some offerings include; agua fresca, hand crafted margaritas, majority Mexican beers in bottle and on tap. A made-from-scratch food and drink menu is a commitment that the owners insist upon.
